Marc has been a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Arizona since June of 1997. During this time, he has completed approximately 3500 appraisals in the Verde Valley area. These appraisal assignments have included single family site erected homes, multi-family residences, PUDs, Condominiums and appraisals of vacant land. 

Marc was a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of New York from 1991 - June 2001 and completed appraisals in that state from 1984 – 2001. From 1991 until June of 2001, Marc was President of a substantial appraisal company employing twelve appraisers and serving the Boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Counties of Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester. During this time, he completed and reviewed single family, multi-family and small residential income properties for numerous financial institutions, as well as for FHA/HUD.  Marc was a New York Metropolitan area HUD Roster Appraiser from 1992 – June of 2001.  At present, Marc Seigleman is a member of the Appraisal Institute and covers Yavapai and Coconino Counties in Arizona.
